The Lightbearers Institute piloted in the spring semester of 2009 and was birthed out of desire for students to be Biblically literate, doctrinally sound and morally pure. Now a key component of the Lightbearers Discipleship Program, it has grown to include two full years of teaching, one year focusing on a survey of the Old Testament and New Testament, and the other on Systematic Theology and Applied Theology. Teaching is provided by Lightbearers staff and primarily local pastors and ministry leaders, guided by material organized by our discipleship staff.
